大阪出身のシンガーソングライター「広沢タダシ」の別名義。
2001年のメジャーデビュー以降、数多くのアルバムをリリースしている。
最新作は2020年7月にリリースした AL「Night Songs」。
2017年には Kuma Harada, Snowy White, Matt Ingramらとロンドンで製作した AL「SIREN」をリリースしている。
その他、SMAP、NOKKO（REBECCA）等のプロデュース、楽曲提供も多数。
2022年、モジュラーシンセを抱え、IDM, Ambient 等の作品を発表すべく、”ToNo” として活動を開始。
